Delete screenshots
Delete screenshots using the normal controls on your device. Snap does not need a separate account dashboard for screenshots that remain under your device control.
Snap! Screen Translator does not use a hosted account for normal app use, so most privacy controls are local device, in-app, or store subscription controls.
If you need help with any of these steps, contact snapappsupport@gmail.com.

Open Snap settings and choose Manage Offline Models to remove downloaded language packs you no longer want stored on your device.
Because normal use does not require a hosted account, uninstalling the app removes local preferences and operational state according to platform behavior.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple or Google account settings, not through a Snap web account.
Snap 1.5.5 introduces 21 ad-free days for new users and existing users on first opening this update. No payment is required, no subscription starts, and there is no automatic charge. Settings shows the countdown when the welcome period provides your ad-free access. Restarting or updating the app does not restart the period. Afterwards, translation remains free with occasional ads where available; subscribing is optional. Existing subscriptions retain their store-managed terms.
During the welcome period or an active subscription, Snap does not call ad initialization, request or show ads, or request ad consent or tracking permission. Personalized Ads, Ad Privacy Choices, and Report an Ad are hidden in Settings during that time.
Once the welcome period ends, users without a subscription can open Settings > Personalized Ads; personalization is off by default. Use Ad Privacy Choices to review available consent options. On iPhone, enabling personalization may show Apple's tracking permission request. You can review permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Declining tracking does not stop translation. Non-personalized ads can still process information needed to deliver and measure ads. Advertising availability can differ between iPhone and Android releases.
When ad controls are available, use Settings > Report an Ad, or email snapappsupport@gmail.com at any time with what you saw and when it appeared.
Screenshots and translation content are processed on your device. Google ML Kit separately sends Google diagnostic and usage information, such as per-installation identifiers, device and app details, performance, errors, and configured source and destination languages. This can occur during the welcome period or a paid subscription. Ad privacy settings and Apple tracking permission do not disable it, and Snap has no separate ML Kit diagnostics switch. See the Privacy Policy for details.
If you email support, we may retain that correspondence as needed to respond, troubleshoot, and keep a support history related to your request.

The current Snap! Screen Translator build does not require creating a hosted Snap account. If the product later adds accounts or server-side user profiles, this page and the Privacy Policy will be updated with the account deletion process before release.
