1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Snap! Screen Translator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Snap! Screen Translator for personal or internal business use, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules.

3. Platform Terms

The app may be distributed through Apple or Google. Your use may also be subject to the applicable store terms, including the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Snap may offer weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions for Supporter access, including ad-free access while a subscription is active. Prices, billing periods, free trials, introductory offers, taxes, and renewal details are shown by the applicable store before confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store settings before the end of the current billing period. Use Restore Purchases in the app if access does not update automatically after purchase.

5. Free Trials and Offers

Eligible store accounts may see a free trial or other store-managed introductory offer. Eligibility, pricing, and availability are determined by Apple or Google and may vary by account, storefront, and time.

6. Translation Output

THIS SERVICE MAY CONTAIN TRANSLATIONS POWERED BY GOOGLE. GOOGLE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATED TO THE TRANSLATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Translation quality can vary with screenshot quality, font size, language, text layout, device capability, and model availability. You are responsible for reviewing translated output before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other important decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app in violation of law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Do not process screenshots you do not have the right to access, capture, translate, or share.
• Do not use translated output to harass, deceive, abuse, or harm others.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or its related services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Review it to understand local processing, support email handling, purchase state, and privacy choices.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, website, branding, interface, graphics, and related materials are owned by Snap! Screen Translator or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, language support, model availability, subscription offerings, or support content. We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature indefinitely.

11. Disclaimers

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snap! Screen Translator and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the app.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued access creates risk for users, the app, or platform partners. You may stop using the app at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the effective date above.
